Exchange Policy
Our exchange policy is valid for 7 days from the day your package has been delivered. If you decide to request an exchange, send us an email at contact@shopatgoldn.com with your order number and details of your item you want to exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with the original packaging. Email us for reshipping costs and further information about exchanges.
All sales items are final sale and not eligible for store credit, returns and/or exchanges. Earrings are final sale.
